Powerpuff Geishas

Ah there they are. The powerpuff girls as japanese geishas! When I did this project, I thought about how I could really drive a stake into peoples childhoods. I had already been looking at geisha work and the result is what you see here!

The Powerpuff Girls fell on some hard times growing up. "Girl Power" wasn't exactly acceptable. So they did what they had to to get by. I designed their clothing based on personality. Blossom is the most conservative so she would wear the most layers. She's a strong leader and protects Bubbles from otherwise *krm* untrustworthy people. Bubbles wears a simple piece. She's the most "pure" of the three. Being the youngest, she is protected from most hardship. Buttercup unfortunately had a LOT of stuff happen to her....and she rebelled....became a warrior....lost an arm.....but protected her sisters.
